went to my favorite hole for yellow perch. Specifically for roe. Shiners of course, took a bit to find fish casting from shore, felt a very light tap tap, a 17 inch laerge mouth, little skinny. Then 5 perch in a row, 12 inch, all bursting at the seams fat. tried a few more minutes and picked up a second 17 inch largemouth. bass were released, got 2 handfuls of perch roe, curing it now.

Been fishing this spot last 4 days out of 5 from my kayak, trolling joe's flies. Limit each time in an hour to 2. Today was unbelievable action. 4 landed, 5 lost, 3 taken home.
