Review: fishing is so so below the dam, water releases bring tons of kayaks out, the better fishing is where the west flows in the CT and above the townshend dam/ there are no salmon stockings anymore so we will see what the water level will be once they dont have to maintain a minimum depth for the salmon in the pool

Review: Good little river to fish. I caught the biggest small mouth of mylife in Townshend VT. Lots of trout are to be found here too. Check out my trips to see where to go.
