Fishing The Falls
Plucked this chunk out at 6:15 this morning. I used an Arkie Salty "Crawlin' Grub" Jig from Wallyworld that I just bounced off the floor of the river. I also caught a pickerel on the same bait. A great day for craw-daddy baits!
Looks like a good day I never have luck at mines falls where exactly at mines falls do u go. My hotspot for nash river is behind margaritas always non stop action mostly dinks the occasional 1.5 or 2 but those smallies are the meanest. They to love the craw baits as well as grubs on jig heads. Btw I have a couple of those arkie salties from Wally was saving them for winter smallies on the Merrimack but maybe I'll Ty them there cheap
