drove to heards pond to check it out tonight. found the boat launch area which was very rough. huge drop off from the road and bottomed out the car putting a hole in the exhaust.
other than that, it was an ok night. nothing spectacular, but a few fish. ended the night with 4 small large mouth, 3 perch, 1 calico, and a sunfish
we do like the pond, peaceful, quiet. we will definitely go back. popular. there were 5 boats on the water when we got there.
